Core Refund Policy

CORE REFUND POLICY

ON RECONDITIONED PARTS

  • Cores must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • Cores will be disassembled and evaluated before a refund can be made. Our Technician will need adequate time to do this in a manner that will insure an accurate inspection and evaluation.
  • When a core is deemed good, you will receive a full refund otherwise your core refund will be prorated based on the condition of the core.
  • "Junk" or non-buildable cores are not acceptable and no core refund will be paid. If you have any questions regarding the condition of your core, please discuss this with us BEFORE shipping your core to us.
  • The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We do not pay for shipping on return cores.
  • PLEASE DRAIN ALL FLUIDS BEFORE SHIPPING CORE BACK
  • Include a copy of your invoice to insure proper credit.
